How do I stop my handset being located?
Text 'Stop' to 07797 807 100 and your handset will no longer be available for location.

Are my details secure?
Yes, we take security of your data very seriously. Your data is stored in a secure environment and safeguarded with unique username and a password known only to yourself. You can only locate mobile users that have previously provided their consent, and they have the option to opt out at any time. Your details are not shared with any external agencies.

How accurate is the system?
Location checks for mobile phones located in cities can be as close as 100 metres. In rural areas the accuracy can decrease to several kilometres in some cases, depending on the density of the networks.
